I’m helping my old alumni club in Seattle with some event marketing (emails, surveys, and analysis), and I stumbled onto an interesting curve after looking at 2 years of Eventbrite data.

Per the curve above, 80% of RSVPs across all of the events we hosted occurred 2 weeks before the day of the event. This is the event RedZone. Now that I’m managing event marketing at work, I’ve been running into the RedZone once again.
